Cancellation Policy

Clinic Terms & Conditions 1. Appointments & Bookings • All model slots are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, your treatment time may be reduced or cancelled without refund. • Treatments cannot be transferred to another person. 2. Attendance • You must attend your appointment alone. We do not allow friends, family, or children to accompany you in the training room. • Anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted in the clinic under any circumstances. 3. Treatment & Top-Ups • Botox top-ups are available two weeks post-treatment at a cost of £20, which must be booked in advance. • Not all clients will require a top-up, and this will be determined by the practitioner. • Top-ups are only available within 2–4 weeks of the original treatment date. 4. Consultations & Medical Forms • A full consultation form must be completed prior to any treatment. • It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete medical information. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in refusal of treatment without refund. 5. Health & Safety • Clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain medical conditions may not be suitable for treatment. Please check eligibility before booking. • The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the client. 6. Results & Liability • Results vary depending on the individual and cannot be guaranteed. • As this is a model treatment, procedures may be carried out by a trainee under supervision. Treatment times may be longer, and minor variations in technique may occur. • The clinic is not liable for unrealistic expectations or dissatisfaction with results where the treatment has been carried out correctly. 7. Payments & Cancellations • All payments must be made in full prior to treatment. • No refunds or exchanges are offered once a booking is made. 8. Aftercare • Aftercare advice will be provided, and it is the client’s responsibility to follow these instructions to achieve the best results and minimise risks. • Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect results and increase the risk of complications. 9. Some treatments require the use of topical lidocaine.
